Ronaldo! Ronaldo! If there was any justice in the world he'd have at least been born with the other Ronaldo's chompers. Just to balance things out a bit. Anyways. I make no secret of the fact I'm not a huge fan of Premier League betting, or Mr Ronaldo. Never the less, let's have a look at what we have in store over the next few days...
Birmingham v Everton
This looks one of the toughest to call tomorrow with both sides desperate for the points for very different reasons. Everton only 3 points behind Liverpool and that Champion's League spot and Birmingham sweating it at the other end of the table, sitting 4th bottom and a nervy 4 points ahead of Bolton. Gulp. It's difficult for me to see either side losing such an important game to be honest so the draw prospects look good in this one.
Only Portsmouth have drawn more at home than Brum too so it certainly appears tight on paper. Birmingham are going well at home lately though: unbeaten in 6 with only Chelsea winning there narrowly in the last 9. Not bad. And of course there's a 4-1 win over Spurs and a 3-1 victory over Newcastle in that run. I can certainly see them being good for at least a point. Neither side particularly prolific goals wise either, so it's tightness all round for me (ooerr).

Tottenham v Middlesbrough
Well, well. Middlesbrough have become a tough nut to crack haven't they? Not bad going over recent weeks to move away from that ghastly relegation zone. Same points tally as Spurs over the last 10 so the 5.50 available at BlueSQ looks a tad big.
Both Manchester Utd and Arsenal have failed to defeat them over the last few games and Liverpool and Chelsea battled to single goal victories. I think this may be a little tighter than the odds suggest and Newcastle's 1-4 win at Tottenham on the 30th March suggests Spurs can be vulnerable. Everyone knew that I guess. It's Spurs afterall. They can score plenty and they can concede plenty. Must be great fun being a Spurs fan.
You'd expect them to be busting a gut to make up for that last, heavy, home defeat but it doesn't look as if it'll be easy and as far as I can tell, they have bugger all to play for now other than a top 10 place. I think Boro are capable of grinding out a point.

Manchester Utd v Arsenal
Oooooh. That's my first reaction. Aaaaah, is my second. What chance do you give Arsenal here after only 1 win in 7 (against relegation threatened Bolton) and on the back of their Champion's League disappointment?
Well, the victory looks a hard one obviously but It's not difficult to envisage them battling their way to a point at least is it? Disgruntled after Liverpool's 'dodgy' penalty knocked them out of the European Cup... I can see them having an extra wee burst of fire. This game is all they have left. Mmm, gamebookers have them @ 1.89 not to lose and I'm tempted. They've only been beaten twice all season. I believe brother. Amen.
