4.10 Extreme North @ 25.00 e/w - Consistent on AW and now makes turf debut; back now at 6f after blazing pace in headgear he showed prompted failed drop to 5f last time, and has the form to get involved if softish no inconvenience.
4.40 Young Bertie @ 6.60 - Improved for the step up to 1m at the back-end of 2007 and doesn´t look too badly treated despite creeping up the weights; has won over C&D and one of the likelier types in this company.
5.10 - Sol Rojo @ 8.80 - Wise not to read too much into latest AW win as was allowed far too much rope in front in apprentice event; off a slightly lower mark than when good second at Beverley last August under this rider and leading player with ground and trip ideal.
